VR Meditation is a small, welcoming group built around one simple idea: that a few quiet minutes together can change the shape of a day. We gather in calm VRChat worlds to meditate, breathe, and unwind - guided when you want guidance, silent when you'd rather just be. Whether you've kept a daily practice for years or you've never sat still in your life, there's a cushion here for you.

Guided meditation

Sit back while a host walks you down into calm - body scans, visualisations, and gentle attention practices. Just follow the voice and let the world go quiet.

Breathwork & stillness

Simple, grounding breath patterns to steady the nervous system, followed by open silence. A soft reset you can feel in a handful of minutes.

Calm company

Sometimes the practice is just being together. Low-key wind-down hangs in serene worlds - chat softly, watch the sky, or say nothing at all.

How a session feels

Arrive, breathe, drift

  1. Arrive. Hop into the instance a few minutes early, find a comfortable spot, and let the world load around you.
  2. Settle. A host opens with a few slow breaths so everyone lands in the same calm headspace.
  3. Drift. Follow the guidance - or simply rest in the quiet. There's no wrong way to be here.
  4. Return. We ease back gently, leave a little room to linger, and you carry the calm out with you.

Keeping the space calm

  1. Soft presence. Mics low, movements gentle. We keep the space quiet so everyone can actually unwind.
  2. Kindness first. Be patient and welcoming - newcomers, nervous first-timers, and seasoned meditators all share the same cushion.
  3. Comfort is yours. Sit, stand, lie down, mute, or step away whenever you need. Look after your body and your boundaries.
